Today's I Ching for The Rock
The coins have been tossed...

| The present is embodied in Hexagram 16 - Yu (Enthusiasm): In this state, feudal princes and other delegates may be set up, and the hosts put in motion, with advantage. | | The first (bottommost) line, divided, shows its subject proclaiming his pleasure and satisfaction. There will be evil. | | The second line, divided, shows one who is firm as a rock. He sees a thing without waiting until it has come to pass. With his firm correctness there will be good fortune. | | The fourth line, undivided, shows him from whom the harmony and satisfaction come. Great is the success which he obtains. Let him not allow suspicions to enter his mind, and thus friends will gather around him. | | The topmost line, divided, shows it subject with darkened mind devoted to the pleasure and satisfaction of the time. If he change his course even when it may be considered completed, there will be no error. | | The situation is changing rapidly, and Yang (the active masculine force) is gaining ground. |

| The future is embodied in Hexagram 41 - Sun (Decrease): If there is sincerity in sacrifice, there will be great good fortune, freedom from error, firmness and correctness that can be maintained, and advantage in every movement that shall be made. In what shall this sincerity in the exercise of sacrifice be employed? | | The things most apparent, those above and in front, are embodied by the upper trigram Chen (Thunder), which is transforming into Ken (Mountain). As part of this process, movement, initiative, and action are giving way to stillness and obstruction. | | The things least apparent, those below and behind, are embodied by the lower trigram K'un (Earth), which is transforming into Tui (Lake). As part of this process, docility and receptivity are giving way to joy, pleasure, and attraction. |
