	The present is embodied in Hexagram 31 - Hsien (Influence): On the fulfillment of the conditions implied here, there will be a free course and success. Its advantage will depend on being firm and correct, as in marrying a young lady. There will be good fortune.
	The first (bottommost) line, divided, shows one moving his great toes.
	The third line, undivided, shows one moving his thighs, and keeping close hold of those whom he follows. Going forward in this way will cause regret.
	The fourth line, undivided, shows that firm correctness which will lead to good fortune, and prevent all occasion for repentance. If its subject be unsettled in his movements, only his friends will follow his purpose.
	The fifth line, undivided, shows one moving the flesh along the spine above the heart. There will be no occasion for repentance.
	The sixth line, divided, shows one moving his jaws and tongue.
	The situation is changing rapidly, and Yin (the passive feminine force) is gaining ground.
	The future is embodied in Hexagram 27 - I (Providing Nourishment): With firm correctness there will be good fortune. We must look at what we are seeking to nourish, and by the exercise of our thoughts seek for the proper aliment.
	The things most apparent, those above and in front, are embodied by the upper trigram Tui (Lake), which is transforming into Ken (Mountain). As part of this process, joy, pleasure, and attraction are giving way to stillness and obstruction.
	The things least apparent, those below and behind, are embodied by the lower trigram Ken (Mountain), which is transforming into Chen (Thunder). As part of this process, stillness and obstruction are giving way to movement, initiative, and action.
